- If you enable optional analytics, information about how you use the website.

How and why we use your details
We use your email address to record and manage your interest in ARM Hire and handle any related enquiries. We rely on our legitimate interests in managing registrations and responding to people interested in our services.
If you tick the optional marketing box, we can also send you ARM Hire news, offers and launch updates by email. We rely on your consent for these marketing emails. Submitting the form with the box unticked does not subscribe you to marketing.
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdraw consent.
We use essential technical information to operate and secure the website, based on our legitimate interests in providing a reliable service. Optional cookies rely on your consent. This registration form does not make automated decisions about you.
Who handles your information
We use Wix to host the website, process the form and store submissions, contact details and marketing preferences. Authorised ARM Hire staff and service providers supporting the website can access this information where needed for those purposes.
We do not sell registration details or provide them to other businesses for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Wix and its service providers may process information outside the UK. Wix's Data Processing Addendum describes the adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards and UK protections used for international transfers. Its list of sub-processors explains the providers involved. Contact us if you would like more information about the safeguards relevant to your details.
How long we keep your details
Registrations that have not become active enquiries are reviewed 12 months after submission and deleted if they are no longer needed. This is a review of whether the registration still serves its purpose, rather than an automatic deletion date.
If you have an active enquiry, we keep the information needed to handle it. Where you have opted into marketing, we consider whether you still want those updates as part of our review. If you unsubscribe, we stop marketing to you and may retain a limited record of your opt-out so we can respect it.
Information needed for a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained for that purpose. You can contact us to ask about the information we hold and request its deletion.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict how it is used, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy. You can object to direct marketing at any time.
Contact accounts@armhire.co.uk to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
